My Yoga practice has been shaped through study under the guidance of many talented teachers and I am indebted to each of them for sharing their knowledge. I completed my 200 hour Yoga teacher training at Samadhi Yoga Center in Denver, Colorado and my 300 hour Teacher training with Samadhi Yoga Ashram, located in Rishikesh, India. Just as my teachers shared with me, I have had the honor of sharing what I’ve learned with my students through the thousands of Yoga classes and other offerings I’ve taught over the years. I have been recognized by The Yoga Alliance with an E-RYT-500 designation.

More than 130 of my online and live classes are posted to my YouTube Channel, which you can find HERE (or just search my name on YouTube). On the meditation front, I have a bunch of Yoga Nidra and other meditation audios available for free on Insight Timer HERE.

Sunday 10:00 - 11:15. The River Yoga Golden Triangle location. Hot River Flow + Yoga Nidra. With the room heated to about 95 degrees and 50% humidity, you will sweat in this well-paced class that builds strength and balance and releases accumulated tension in body and mind. After 60 minutes of flow, we finish with a 15 minute Yoga Nidra practice. Come give this class a try even if you feel resistance to the idea of hot yoga. Register HERE

Sunday 12:00 - 1:15. Samadhi Yoga Sangha. All levels vinyasa. My original Yoga home, which closed “permanently” in 2020, has been reincarnated and is now offering classes again. I’m honored to be teaching here - in the famous Buddha Room. This 75 minute class will give us plenty of time to explore Pranayama, Asana and surrender. This class ends with a 15-minute Yoga Nidra practice. Sign up ahead of time HERE.

Monday Noon. The River Yoga Sunnyside location. Hot River Flow. Tuesday 6:00 - 7:00 pm. The River Gloden Triangle location. This is a heated River Flow + Nidra class. This is an invigorating class that will strengthen your body, focus your mind and empower your spirit. We practice 60-minutes of flowing Vinyasa and finish with a 15-minute Yoga Nidra practice. Thursday Noon - 1:00. Denver Parks and Rec. Carla Madison Rec Center. This is a vinyasa class, held indoors at the Carla Madison Rec Center. Register through GroupExPro. The instructions for registering are HERE.

Friday 9:30 - 10:30 a.m. Denver Parks and Rec. Harvard Gulch Rec. Center. This is a gentle vinyasa class, held indoors at the beautiful Harvard Gulch Park Rec Center Yoga room. You can register through the Denver Parks and Rec website or just show up at the Rec Center and check in with the front desk.

Friday Noon. The River Yoga Five Points location. This Yin class will be held on the rooftop pool deck (weather permitting). In the Yin practice we remain in a pose for an extended time to deeply feel the sensations the pose gives rise to in the body and the feelings that arise in the mind. Yin is a deeply focused and restorative form of Yoga. Register HERE

Friday 5:30-6:30 p.m. Denver Parks and Rec. Carla Madison Rec Center. This is a vinyasa class, held indoors at the Carla Madison Rec Center. Register through GroupExPro. The instructions for registering are HERE.

Saturday 9:00-10:00 a.m. Denver Parks and Rec. Wash Park. This is a vinyasa class, held in the incomparable Boathouse, weather permitting. If you already have a Parks and Rec membership, this class is free. If not, register at the front desk prior to class and pay a drop in fee of $6.00 ($4,00 if 65 or older).

Saturday 11:30-12:30 Denver Parks and Rec. Harvard Gulch Park. This is a meditation class for everyone - experienced meditators and people new to meditation. The format we’ll follow is fifteen minutes for discussion and practice of a particular mediation technique. Then ten to fifteen minutes for you to practice silent mediation on your own. Finally, I'll lead a 30-minute Yoga Nidra session. Your existing Parks and Rec membership will include this class.If you already have a Parks and Rec membership, this class is free. If not, register at the front desk prior to class and pay a drop in fee of $6.00 ($4.00 if 65 or older). No need to register ahead. Just show up.
