Egypt was very black and white to me and all the pictures I took during my stay (just before the Arab spring in 2009) turned out to be black and white. I've divided the collection into Ancient Sites and Buildings and People and Street Scenes. You'll notice that many of these images have few clues to when they were taken. It could have been today. It could have been two hundred years ago. That was generally how Egypt appeared to me -- sort of stuck in time.
