I completed my Yoga teacher training at Samadhi Yoga Center in Denver, Colorado, and hold a E-RYT-200 designation from the Yoga Alliance. Each of my classes is filled with both effort and ease and I like to bring play and humor to every class.  My current teaching schedule looks like this:

Monday - 9:00 - 10:15 a.m.  Align and Flow at Samadhi Yoga - Uptown location. This is a fun vinyasa flow class, combining movement and breath.

Tuesday - 6:30 a.m. Vinyasa at Washington Park Rec Center. This class is held at the open-air Boat House during the summer months.  It's amazing to experience the sunrise while practicing yoga.  Very reasonably priced through Denver Parks and Rec and you can drop in whenever you want.  And remember that Denver residents 60+ years old get FREE membership to all 28 Denver Rec Centers, which includes all classes - the best deal in town.

Tuesday 6:00 p.m.  Vinyasa at Eisenhower Park Rec Center. This is another Denver Parks and Rec class.  This class has grown to 20-25 students and the students have created a beautiful and supportive community of diverse ages and abilities.  Join this awesome group.  Drop ins always welcome.

Wednesday - 9:00 - 10:15 a.m.  Align and Flow at Samadhi Yoga - Uptown location.  This is a fun vinyasa flow class, combining movement and breath.

Thursday - noon.  Carla Madison Rec Center. Josephine and Colfax, just West of East High School.  This is a beautiful state-of-the-art facility with a dedicated yoga room with 3rd floor views to the mountains.  Sunset is going to be epic. Suggest you arrive early to make sure you get a spot.  In theory, space is limited to 35 (although I can usually find room for a few more) and we're often at capacity.

Saturday 8:30 a.m.  Vinyasa at Washington Park Rec Center. Very reasonably priced through Denver Parks and Rec and you can drop in whenever you want.  This class will be held in the amazing Boat House during the summer months.  So if you've wanted to try a Boat House class, but haven't been able to make the 6:30 a.m. Tuesday class, be sure and make this one.  This class time is support popular, often more than 60 students!

Saturday 10:00 a.m.  Vinyasa II at Washington Park Rec Center.  A more advanced class than the regular Vinyasa class.

In addition to my scheduled classes, I'm available for private yoga and meditation sessions, which typically last for an hour.  Contact me for rates and other information.
